Delete your Crewpace account

Deleting your account removes your profile and every number you've uploaded. It can't be undone.

In the app

1. Tap your avatar at the top right of the board.
2. Tap the gear to open Settings, then Your data.
3. Optional: Download my data to keep a CSV first.
4. Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@crewpace.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, time zone and notification settings.
• All activity data you've uploaded (daily totals, hourly steps, workouts).
• Your crew memberships, crowns, milestones, votes and notification token.
• Crews you own pass to another member, or are deleted if you were the only one.

Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from routine backups that expire within a few weeks. Your data in Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone; Crewpace never changes it.
