Terms of use

The short version: race fairly, be kind to your crew, and remember Crewpace is a game, not medical advice.

These terms are an agreement between you and Abhinav Nair, the individual developer who runs Crewpace ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services in your country.
• You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Your data).

Playing fair

• Crewpace counts what Apple Health or Health Connect report. Don't manipulate devices or data to inflate your numbers.
• Pick a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else.
• Only invite people who'd want to join. Crew owners can remove members.
• We may hold implausible days off the board, and suspend accounts that cheat or abuse other people.

Not medical advice

Crewpace is a social game. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and its numbers depend on your phone and wearables, which can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if something hurts.

The service

• Crewpace is free. During the beta it may change, break, or lose data; we'll do our best to avoid that.
• We may change or stop features, or the whole service, and will give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
• The app, its design and its name belong to us. You keep ownership of your data; you let us use it to run Crewpace as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Crewpace is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries from exercise. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and tell you in the app for anything significant. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@crewpace.app.
