My numbers don't match my watch

Crewpace shows what Apple Health or Health Connect report, which can differ from a watch's own app until it syncs. Open your watch's app (Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin Connect…), make sure it's set to share with Apple Health or Health Connect, then pull to refresh on your board.

My steps stopped updating

iPhone: Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Crewpace: check every category is on.
Android: open Health Connect › App permissions › Crewpace: allow steps, distance and exercise.

Opening the app syncs right away.

Why is a day "held"?

Days with implausible totals are kept off the board so races stay fair.

An invite link opened the browser

Install Crewpace, then tap "I have an invite link" on the first screen and paste the link.

Leaving a crew or deleting your account

Leave a crew from its page (gear icon). To delete everything, see delete your account.
